Derp.
I tried to answer your question, but my computer derped. Anyways, use a half-shell for freeriding and buy a full-face for DH. Most falls from freeriding are relatively low impact and much less violent than those in DH. Some of my friends have used mouth guards in the past, but they’re too much of a hassle in my opinion. Plus, having both style of helmets is much more beneficial. Haha thanks for the suggestions. I actually do have a full face for downhill that I use, but the ironic thing is the only time I ever fell on my face was doing a standy at a relatively slow speed. I high-sided and chipped my tooth. Anyways, I agree mouth guards are a pain. I used one when I played rugby and hated the thing. #longboard #skate #submission |
